A team that believes in people before procedures. We are Mediators and Trainers who have chosen to be "in the midst" of conflicts to transform them into dialogue, with empathy, genuine listening, and a strong sense of belonging to a community that works together every day.
Who we are for those who look at us from the outside
- We are professionals of diverse ages, backgrounds, and skills, united by the same idea: no one should feel alone when conflict arises.
- We like to "get our hands dirty" with the real problems of people and businesses, stand side by side, translate technical jargon into simple words, and create safe spaces where everyone can talk.

- We listen without judgment, with empathy and curiosity, because every story deserves to be understood before being "managed."
- We do not impose solutions: we build bridges, we help the parties to see each other again and find each other again, even when it seemed impossible to talk to each other again.
