Joining consumer mediation is very simple, just follow these simple steps:

Fill out and sign the mediation application form

1. If you intend to join a Consumer Mediation application, complete and sign the membership application in all its parts in order to provide all the information to identify the parties and the terms of the dispute. Send it to the Organization, attaching a copy of the payment of the membership fees, according to the Table of Indemnities and the ADR Mediation Regulations in Consumer Matters, to the current account in the name of "Organismo di Conciliazione Concordia et Ius srl" at IBAN IT 66 V 03069 04630 100000060800 in one of the following ways:

• via certified email to concordiaetius@mypec.eu
• by email to info@concordiaetius.it
• by fax to 091.772.5972
• By registered mail with return receipt to the Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl, Via G. Sciuti, n. 164, 90144 - Palermo, depositing the mediation application form at the Body's registered office or at one of its accredited offices. You must also pay the setup fee by POS terminal or in cash if you have not already done so by bank transfer.

2. The Secretariat will communicate the declaration of adherence to the ADR procedure to the Requesting Party and the appointed Mediator.

3. ADR procedures are conducted entirely electronically and in a simplified manner, through an asynchronous exchange of communications between the designated Conciliator and the Parties, using remote communication tools, in compliance with the rules on the processing of personal data and confidentiality.

4. The Parties may withdraw from the proceedings at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code pursuant to Article 141-quater, paragraph 5, at the end of which they must express to the Mediator their willingness to continue with the mediation or to conclude the attempt.
