Article 19 of Decree No. 150 of 24.10.2023 of the Ministry of Justice

1. The Training Organization makes the following accessible to the public by publishing on its website:

a) the identification data and the order number;

b) contact details, postal address of the registered office and certified email address;

c) the organizational chart with related functions and responsibilities;

d) the name of the Scientific Director and his/her CV, highlighting the qualifications and experience that justify the requirements of clear reputation and practical and professional experience in the subjects set out in Article 16-bis, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree, with an indication of the date of obtaining the qualifications and the completion of the professional and practical experiences.

e) the name and curriculum vitae of each of the trainers included in one or more of the lists referred to in Article 3;

f) training programs for the current year;

g) the methods of certifying the actual attendance of courses by registered students;

h) the criteria for admission to the final evaluation of course participants;

i) the procedures for issuing the certificate of participation in the course, including the results of the final exam.
