Training environments

The Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl, in compliance with Legislative Decree 28/2010 and Ministerial Decree 150/2023, promotes highly qualified training for Civil and Commercial Mediators and Expert Mediators in Consumer Matters, as well as biennial refresher courses for Mediators and Trainers wishing to maintain their qualifications. Our courses are taught by Trainers duly registered and accredited by the Ministry of Justice, ensuring high teaching standards and compliance with current legislation.

How the Courses are conducted

Courses can be held both in person and online. The training program, duration, delivery methods, and costs are detailed in the information sheets for each course. Participation in refresher courses can be entirely online, exclusively in synchronous mode (interactive videoconferencing), provided that attendance monitoring and effective interaction between instructors and participants are always guaranteed, in full compliance with ministerial regulations. Asynchronous or non-interactive modes are explicitly excluded, in line with the regulations protecting the seriousness and quality of training.

Certificate of attendance

For in-person modules, attendance is certified by signing the register at the time of entry and exit, in the presence of training provider staff. For online modules, certification is achieved through the trainers' precise monitoring of actual connection times and attendance, who also certify the participant's constant visibility throughout the course.

Admission to final assessment

Participants who have completed at least 80% of the hours required by Ministerial Decree 150/2023 will be admitted to the final evaluation of the Course, thus ensuring the actual training path required by law.

Issuing of certificates

Certificates of participation prove successful completion of the final exam and are issued at the end of the course. They are valid at all mediation organizations and training institutions accredited under current legislation.
