Training environments
The Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl organizes, in the manner provided for by Legislative Decree 28/2010 and Ministerial Decree 150/2023, with its own Trainers registered and accredited by the Ministry of Justice, the Qualification Courses for Civil and Commercial Mediators and for Mediators in Consumer Matters, in addition to the biennial refresher courses for Mediators and Trainers who intend to maintain their respective professional qualifications.
Our Courses are held in person and/or online. The training program, the duration and characteristics of the training and refresher courses, the methods of delivery of the training and the related costs are indicated in the individual training and refresher courses.
Methods of certifying actual course attendance by registered students
In-person module: the time will be certified by signing the entry and exit in the appropriate register in the presence of the Training Institution staff.
Online modules: the time will be certified by the software based on the time of connection to the course and disconnection, and also based on the visibility of the member during the entire connection time by the staff of the Training Institution.
Criteria for admission to the final evaluation of course members
Participants who have completed at least 80% of the hours required by Ministerial Decree 150/2023 will be admitted to the final evaluation of the course.
Procedure for issuing the certificate of participation in the course including the final test result
The release of the certificates of participation in the course proves the positive outcome of the final test and its passing.
Certificates of participation in the course will be issued, including the results of the final test.
