The partner organizations have freely agreed to allow each other to avail themselves of their respective structures, including secondary ones, of their personnel and/or mediators, even for individual mediation transactions.

The Organizations have signed joint agreements to allow their users to avail themselves of their respective main and secondary offices and, where applicable, of the Mediators registered in their respective lists for the performance of mediation attempts to be carried out within the Court districts where the aforementioned offices are located.

Finally, it should be noted that the structures, including secondary ones, the staff and the mediators covered by this agreement are those already officially communicated and accredited by the Ministry of Justice and appearing on the respective websites.
