Course Recipients

The refresher course for the continuing education of civil and commercial mediators is intended for those already registered in the Ministry of Justice's Register of Mediators and wishing to maintain their training qualifications as required by Article 24, paragraphs 1 and 2, of Ministerial Decree 150/2023.

Course objectives

The Course provides specialized refresher training for all Mediators who are required and required to complete at least 10 hours of training by 2025, in accordance with current legislation, to ensure continued registration in the Register of Mediators.

Course duration

The course lasts a total of 10 hours, divided into modules delivered both in person and via synchronous audiovisual connection (interactive videoconference), as required by law to ensure attendance control and effective interaction. The planned laboratory activities can be completed in person, ensuring a practical and educational experience compliant with ministerial standards.

From 1 January 2026, it will be necessary to align with the 18-hour requirement to maintain training in the two-year period 2026/2027, and the Organization foresees one or more editions/additions of the Course to reach the total number of hours required by Ministerial Decree 150/2023.

Qualifying certificate

Mediators who complete the entire program will be awarded a Certificate of Refresher Training in Civil and Commercial Mediation. The certificate, sent via email, will confirm that they have met the training requirements and are registered with the National Registry, in accordance with current regulations.

Registration fee

The course registration fee is €180.00 (VAT exempt).

Any cancellations must be communicated at least fifteen days before the start of the course; after this deadline, no refunds will be provided. The Organization reserves the right to cancel the course: in this case, any fees already paid will be refunded in full.
