SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Current regulations
The Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl operates in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 149 of 10 October 2022, implementing the delegation granted to the Government by Law no. 206 of 26 November 2021, among other things "for the efficiency of the civil process and for the revision of the regulation of alternative dispute resolution tools". It has sought to encourage mediation as a measure to reduce litigation, intervening on Legislative Decree no. 28 of 4 March 2010 to ensure improved quality of the mediation service and greater qualification of the entities involved in providing, on the one hand, the service itself and, on the other, the training necessary for the registration of mediators in the appropriate lists referred to in Ministerial Decree no. 150 of 24 October 2023.
