Become the Manager of your local office

The Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl promotes the development of the partnership with the aggregation, in the mode of "affiliate" of the Professionals and related offices that want to share these strategic purposes.

Professionals who believe they have the necessary professional, training and structural requisites will be able to ask for their affiliation. The application for admission as an affiliate will be evaluated by the Head of the Body, who will verify the existence of the professional requirements (curriculum vitae, activities, specializations, 50-hour qualifying course, mandatory 18-hour refresher course, other specialized training) and those structure of the relevant headquarters (location, organization, possibility of offering a secretarial/reception for front office functions).

Affiliates with these characteristics will be able to become Managers of local Mediation offices of the Concordia et Ius srl Conciliation Body, where the mediation procedures managed by the Body will take place, in compliance with Legislative Decree 28/2010, of the DM 180/2010, of the Rules of Procedure, and of the Code of Ethics. Therefore, at least one representative of the affiliated office, having the professional and training requisites, will be registered in the Organism's Register of Mediators, and will be accredited to the Ministry of Justice.

By virtue of this affiliation, the affiliates registered in the Register of Mediators may be designated according to the Body's Regulations, after the necessary coaching and tutoring experiences, and without prejudice to cases of incompatibility and/or conflicts of interest, according to geographical proximity, professional competence and experience, as Mediators in the mediation procedures managed by the Body.

The Affiliates may, in concert with the Body, request to activate agreed initiatives in the reference area both for information and for the promotion of their local Mediation Office, as well as for business development, subject to the signing by the Body of memoranda of understanding, conventions, partnership agreements with public and private institutions, trade associations, public bodies, companies, using, if authorised, the Organism's brand and related scientific support, ius.it with the presence of representatives of the Organism on site and/ or by video conference.
