Affiliate Requirements

Professionals with the professional, educational, and structural requirements are eligible to apply: CV, activities, specializations, 84-hour course, 18-hour biennial refresher course, and a suitable location with front office services.

Procedures and Accreditation

Affiliates become managers of local mediation offices, managing mediations in accordance with Legislative Decree 28/2010, Ministerial Decree 150/2023, the Regulations, and the Code of Ethics. A minimum of three mediators per office, duly accredited by the Ministry of Justice, are required.

Designation in Procedures and Tutoring

Affiliates registered in the Register of Mediators may be designated as Mediators according to regulations, criteria of experience and expertise, geographic proximity, and prior mentoring experience. Transparency and impartiality are guaranteed.

Development, Promotion and Opportunities

In synergy with the Organization, Affiliates can launch information initiatives, promote the headquarters, and develop business, activating institutional partnerships and leveraging the Concordia et Ius brand and scientific support.

Requirements and procedures

The membership application will be evaluated by the Organization's Head based on the applicant's CV, activities, specializations, 84-hour qualifying course, biennial refresher training requirement, and the office's structural suitability (front office services, location). Each office requires at least three mediators with ministerial qualifications, accredited and registered in the Concordia et Ius Register.
