MEDIATION RULES

The Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl was founded with the aim of encouraging the promotion of the culture of mediation.

For this reason, it has adopted this Regulation for the management of Mediation procedures, with a view to administering and attempting to resolve through mediation disputes, both national and international, both civil and commercial, including corporate and consumer disputes, in all areas where the mediation procedure is legally required regarding available rights, between private individuals, between businesses, between associations or entities, between businesses and consumers, between businesses and the Public Administration, as an alternative and in support of ordinary jurisdiction bodies, intending to act as a Mediation Body.

The Regulation applies to national mediations concerning available rights. International disputes may be subject to other Regulations, including those based on agreements between the Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl and its foreign partners.
