Scope of

Mediation Regulations

The Concordia et Ius srl conciliation body was created with the intention of encouraging the promotion of the culture of mediation.

For this reason, it has adopted these Regulations for the management of mediation procedures, with a view to administering and trying to resolve disputes, both national and international, both civil and commercial, with mediation attempts, including disputes of a corporate nature and consumer law, in all areas in which the Mediation procedure is legally provided for in the matter of available rights, between private individuals, between companies, between associations or entities, between companies and consumers, between companies and the Public Administration, as an alternative and in support of the of ordinary jurisdiction, intending to propose as a Mediation Body.

The Regulation applies to national mediations concerning available rights. International disputes may be subject to other Regulations also on the basis of the agreements stipulated between the Concordia et Ius srl Conciliation Body and its foreign partners.
