Admission and selection criteria
Usually, no fewer than 20 and no more than 40 students who meet the legal requirements will be able to participate in the course.
Applications will be accepted in chronological order of arrival, until available places are filled.
Course activation and flexibility
The course will start once a minimum number of participants has been reached.
However, the Organization's Head may activate the Course even if the number of registered participants is less than 20, without this constituting an obligation or restriction for the Training Organization. This flexibility is exercised exclusively in the interest of training quality, educational needs, and the opportunity to encourage participation. It also allows the training program to be adapted to the actual needs of registered Mediators, promoting both the sustainability and continuity of the programs.
Excess demands, postponements and causes of force majeure
Applications exceeding the maximum number will be automatically included in the next course. Concordia et Ius srl reserves the right to postpone the course date for up to 90 days due to force majeure or any other cause beyond its control (such as classroom or teacher unavailability, or a lower number of participants, and, in any case, force majeure).
Completing your registration
Registration for the Course is considered complete once the Secretariat has received the duly completed application, along with the required attachments and the receipt of payment for the registration fee.
