MEDIATION BODIES

Transparency obligations of the Bodies

Article 17 of Decree No. 150 of 24.10.2023 of the Ministry of Justice

 

The Organization makes the following accessible to the public by publishing them on its website:

a) the identification data and the order number;

b) contact details, the postal address of the registered office and any operating offices, the email address and certified email address;

c) the information necessary for submitting any complaints;

d) the personal details and curriculum vitae of the Head of the Organization;

e) the organizational chart indicating the functions and responsibilities;

f) the list of operational offices with their identification data and contact details;

g) any agreements entered into pursuant to Articles 6, paragraph 1, letter t), 22, paragraph 1, letter s), and 23, paragraph 5, indicating, for each agreement, the object, its duration and the identifying elements of the other bodies;

h) any specialization in consumer matters and cross-border disputes;

i) the names and CVs of the Mediators included in one of the lists referred to in Article 3, paragraph 3, letters a), b) and c);

l) the procedural regulation approved by the registry manager;

m) the Code of Ethics;

n) the table of mediation costs, approved by the Registry Manager or, where relevant, the table in Annex A;

o) any collaboration protocols and projects stipulated pursuant to Article 5-quinquies, paragraph 4, of the Legislative Decree;

p) the latest filed balance sheet or the latest approved cash flow statement;

q) any membership in networks of organizations that facilitate the resolution of cross-border disputes;

r) the languages in which applications may be submitted to the Body and which may be used in the procedure (Italian and English).
