Course Recipients

The Continuing Education Training Course for Trainers is intended for those who have already obtained the qualification of accredited Trainer from Mediation Bodies registered with the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with Article 27, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Ministerial Decree 150/2023.

Course objectives

The course aims to provide specialized and refresher training, as required by the current regulatory framework, for all trainers registered in the ministerial register. Attendance at least 18 hours of refresher training over the two-year period is mandatory to maintain qualification, as established by Articles 26 and 27 of Ministerial Decree 150/2023. The refresher courses are reserved for both trainers of the Civil Conciliator/Mediator programs and those wishing to maintain their professional qualification.

Course duration and structure

The course has a total duration of 18 hours, divided into four modules of 4 hours and 30 minutes each. The modules can be completed partly in person at the Organization's headquarters and partly remotely, via interactive videoconference, exclusively in synchronous mode, as required by law. The entire course can be completed online only if it is entirely synchronous, interactive, and compliant with ministerial regulations regarding attendance and active participation. Asynchronous or non-interactive activities are strictly excluded.

Attendance certification methods

• For in-person modules, attendance is certified by signing a special entry and exit register, in the presence of Training Institution staff.
• For online modules, certification is achieved through timely verification of login and logout times, and the participant's constant visibility on the platform, certified by the trainer and the organization's staff.

Criteria for admission to the final evaluation

Only those enrolled who have attended at least 80% of the mandatory hours, as required by Ministerial Decree 150/2023, will be admitted to the final exam, guaranteeing a genuine learning experience.

Qualifying certificate

At the end of the course, the Training Provider issues trainers a Certificate of Attendance, certifying that they have completed a biennial refresher course for no less than 18 hours, as required by Article 27, paragraph 1 of Ministerial Decree 150/2023. The certificate is sent via email to the address provided during registration and allows you to maintain your registration on the list of Training Providers accredited by the Ministry of Justice.

Registration fee

The registration fee is €320.00 (VAT exempt). Cancellations must be made at least fifteen days before the course begins; after this date, no refunds will be made. The Organization reserves the right to cancel the course, and in this case, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
