Objectives of the course

The course aims to provide advanced and refresher training, required by current legislation, for those Trainers, registered in the list kept at the Ministry of Justice, and who are required to train for at least 16 hours over a period of every two years.

The refresher courses are mandatory for all those who are already Trainers of the courses for Conciliators/Civil Mediators, and in possession of the requisites foreseen by art. 18 paragraph 3 letter A of the DM

180/2010 s.m.i. 

Trainers who want to maintain this qualification must attend the course of at least 16 hours of refresher courses within two years.

The trainers who have attended the course will be issued with the refresher certificate for mediation trainers, which will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated in the registration form, which allows the registration to be maintained in the list of Training Organizations held at the Ministry of Justice.

The course has a total duration of 20 hours.
