Telematic mediation

Telematic mediation may be conducted in compliance with the procedures set forth in the Organization's Regulations, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8-bis of Legislative Decree no. 28 of March 4, 2010.

This service offers a practical and accessible alternative to in-person mediation, allowing the requesting parties, invited parties, their lawyers, and representatives to participate in the entire proceedings via videoconference, directly from their own offices or offices, without the need to physically visit the Mediation Body's offices.

An Integrated and Safe Service

Online mediation is a complementary method to traditional in-person mediation. The process is initiated by submitting a duly completed, dated, and signed mediation request in electronic or paper format.

The Concordia et Ius Srl Conciliation Body uses a restricted-access platform that complies with the highest security standards defined by the HTTPS protocol, guaranteeing the confidentiality of communications.

Access to the service requires user registration on the Organization's official website. Once registered, users will receive personal credentials (username and password) to access the platform and participate in the mediation session on the scheduled day and time.

Restricted Access and Data Protection

The entire procedure takes place in a reserved area, accessible exclusively to: ✔️ The parties involved ✔️ Their lawyers ✔️ The designated mediator ✔️ The service manager

The login credentials, generated for each individual session, are personal and confidential. They are sent via email or certified email and are valid only for that specific session. New credentials are assigned for each new meeting.

Carrying out Telematic Mediation

The discussion between the parties and the mediator takes place through an audio/video web conference system, with the possibility of using a dedicated chat room for:

  • Submit requests and comments
  • Evaluate their respective positions
  • Compare to find a shared solution

The parties also have the right to: 🔹 Request confidential sessions with the mediator for a private discussion 🔹 Send confidential documentation to the mediator, without it being disclosed to the other party

Legal Validity and Signature of Deeds

In the case of electronic mediation, all procedural documents are drawn up and signed in compliance with the provisions of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree no. 82 of 7 March 2005) and can be sent via certified email (PEC) or another qualified certified delivery service.

Technical Requirements for Access
