Objectives of the course

The course aims to provide specialist refresher training, required by current legislation, for those Mediators, already in possession of the training requirements established by Legislative Decree 28/2010 and by DM 180/2010 and subsequent amendments. mm. and ii., registered in the Register held at the Ministry of Justice, who will therefore be authorized to manage the conciliation proceedings in matters of Consumption under the competence of the respective Authorities.

Students who have attended the course will be issued with a Certificate of specialist training in consumer matters which will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated in the registration form, which enables civil mediators to perform the following activities:

Management of mandatory conciliation proceedings in energy matters (electricity and gas) and voluntary relating to the water system, with conciliation bodies accredited by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA). Management of conciliation proceedings compulsory in the field of telephony, Internet and pay-TV at the conciliation bodies accredited by the AGCOM Communications Authority.Management of compulsory conciliation proceedings between the economic operators who manage networks, infrastructures and transport services and the users or consumers, pursuant to article 10 of the law of 5 August 2022, n. 118, at the conciliation bodies accredited by the ART.

The course has a total duration of 18 hours.
