Scope of

Regulations in force

The Concordia et Ius srl Conciliation Body operates in compliance with the Legislative Decree of 10 October 2022, n. 149, implementing the delegation granted to the Government with Law 26 November 2021, n. 206, among other things "for the efficiency of the civil process and for the revision of the discipline of alternative dispute resolution tools", intended to encourage Mediation as a deflationary measure of judicial disputes, intervening on the Legislative Decree 4 March 2010, n . 28 in order to ensure a better quality of the Mediation Service and a higher qualification of the Entities interested in providing, on the one hand, the Service itself and, on the other, the Training necessary for the purposes of registering the Mediators in the appropriate Lists referred to in article 3, paragraph 3, of the Ministerial Decree of 18 October 2010, n. 180.


To this end, Article 7, paragraph 1, lett. v) of the Legislative Decree of 10 October 2022, n. 149 modified and integrated article 16 of the Legislative Decree of 4 March 2010, n. 28, intervening on the requisites that the Mediation Bodies must possess for the purposes of registration and permanence in the appropriate Register referred to in article 3 of the Ministerial Decree of 18 October 2010, n. 180, while with the subsequent lett. z) inserted article 16-bis in order to regulate in a similar way the requirements that training institutions in the field of Mediation must satisfy in order to register and remain in the appropriate List referred to in article 17 of the Ministerial Decree of 18 October 2010, no. 180.
