Transparency obligations of the Bodies

Art. 17 of Decree no. 150 of 24.10.2023 of the Ministry of Justice

The Organization makes accessible to the public, through publication on its website:

a) identification data and order number;

b) contact details, postal address of the registered office and any operational offices, e-mail and certified e-mail address;

c) the information necessary for submitting any complaints;

d) the personal details and CV of the Head of the Body;

e) the organizational chart with indication of functions and responsibilities;

f) the list of operational offices with the relevant identification data and contacts;

g) any agreements stipulated pursuant to articles 6, paragraph 1, letter t), 22, paragraph 1, letter s), and 23, paragraph 5, with indication, for each agreement, of the object, its duration and the identifying elements of other organisms;

h) any specialization in consumer matters and cross-border disputes;

i) the names and CVs of the Mediators included in one of the lists referred to in Article 3, paragraph 3, letters a), b) and c);

l) the procedural regulations approved by the person in charge of the register;

m) the Code of Ethics;

n) the table of mediation costs, approved by the Registry Manager or, when relevant, the table in Annex A;

o) any protocols and collaboration projects stipulated pursuant to article 5-quinquies, paragraph 4, of the Legislative Decree;

p) the last balance sheet filed or the last cash flow statement approved;

q) possible membership in networks of bodies that facilitate the resolution of cross-border disputes;

r) the languages in which applications can be submitted to the Body and which can be used in the procedure
